Dearllings 7天无理由退款

若使用产品后觉得不适合或不满意，即可申请退款！

每个账号，每款产品，只限退款1次，无隐藏条款。

【注意事项】

-顾客需将产品退还至Dearllings公司，才可获得退款。

-产品退还的运费需自付。

-退款将于21天内退还给您。

【申请退款程序】

1. 联系客服

仅限在收到包裹的7天内，联系客服提出退款申请。

超过7天后的申请恕不受理。

2. 退还产品

退还的包裹内需附上纸条，纸条上需含有顾客以下的个人资料：

1. i) 订单编号
2. ii) 银行名字

iii) 银行户口号码

1. iv) 收款人姓名

3. 审核退款

Dearllings将于收到退还产品之后的21天内进行退款。

If you find the product unsuitable or unsatisfied after use, you can apply for a refund!

Each account and each product is limited to one-time refund, with no hidden terms.

【Notes】

- Customers must return the product in order for a refund.

-The shipping cost for returns is borne by the customer.

-Refunds will be processed and credited back to you within 21 days.

【Refund Application Procedure】

1. Contact Customer Service

Contact customer service within 7 days upon receiving the package to apply for a refund. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Return the Product

Include a note in the returned parcel with the following personal information:

1. i) Order number
2. ii) Name of bank

iii) Bank account number

1. iv) Name of recipient

3. Refund review
